Healing takes a village
When I work with clients, one of the questions I often ask is: Who is part of your support system?
Many people initially think only of friends or family. While those relationships can be deeply meaningful, support can also come from many other places. Healing often happens not just through personal relationships, but through connection to community resources, medical care, peer support, advocacy, education, and spaces where you feel seen and supported.
Reaching out for help can be one of the hardest steps in the process. You do not have to navigate it alone. Below, you’ll find a collection of resources designed to connect you with additional social, medical, and community supports that may be helpful on your journey. My hope is that these tools make it easier to access the care, connection, and support you deserve.

The Burnt Chef Project
Launched in May 2019 The Burnt Chef Project was setup with the sole intention of eradicating mental health stigma within hospitality. Hospitality staff should be able to discuss the state of their mental health and gain support from their peers and employers. It's important that although mental health can't be seen it is regularly discussed and policies reviewed. This should be the new definition of 'badge of honour'.
Together we can burn away mental health stigma within hospitality once and for all.
Three Queens Yoga
Since opening in 2012, Three Queens Yoga has been on an evolving mission to democratize yoga. We align yoga’s philosophy and skillful action to create viable, economically accessible classes. We work to decolonize yoga by honoring the roots of yoga while critically examining the value of tradition. We aspire to be racially literate, and affirm and celebrate diversity. We see the one in and as the many.
We are committed to creating an inclusive space that affirms and welcomes people of all backgrounds, race, genders, and identities into the practice and study of yoga. We welcome you.

Oshun Family Center
Oshun Family Center provides racially concordant care to members of the community who are seeking to achieve optimal wellness through psychotherapy and holistic healing and birthing modalities such as doula and lactation support. It is our goal to center the experiences of the community and create a welcoming space for healing and refuge. We welcome those looking to break generational cycles and have agency over their bodies.

Since Fresh Smiles prides itself on delivering quality dental care at a fair price. No upsells and no pressure. We prefer to educate our patients and help them understand their options so they can make the right decisions for their oral health. @MFTfoodie Referral List
I would love the opportunity to be part of your therapeutic journey. I also know that the best therapeutic relationships are built on goodness of fit, and I won't be the right therapist for everyone.
