SERVICES & COST

At A.M Lewis L.L.C. we offer:

Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, we explore the patterns that shape your experiences; honoring how they’ve served you while gently shifting the ones that no longer fit. You’ll develop practical coping and regulation skills, deepen your support system, and create new ways of engaging with your life. I integrate Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy to help you move toward meaningful, lasting change.

Clinical Supervision

Whether you’re starting or continuing your path toward licensure, supervision can be a space for meaningful growth, not just a box to check. Together, we’ll explore how you show up as a therapist, how your clinical decisions take shape, and how your work connects to systemic thinking.

I work alongside supervisees to question and deconstruct harmful patterns within the field while strengthening client-centered, responsive approaches that honor each client’s lived experience.

60 mins |  $100

AAMFT Approved Supervisor Mentorship

To serve as an Approved Supervisor Mentor, clinicians must first complete 300 hours of MFT supervision experience. Mentors support supervisor candidates by overseeing their training, providing mentorship, evaluating their development, and guiding them through the final application process.

My goal is to offer a supportive, reflective space where systemic supervisors can deepen their philosophy of supervision and build the skills needed to practice with confidence, collaboration, and intention as they work toward AAMFT Approved Supervisor designation.

Relationship & Sex Therapy

Whether you’re navigating a romantic relationship, friendship, or family dynamic, this work focuses on how you’ve learned to be in relationship and how those patterns shape connection today. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s been working, what’s been getting in the way, and begin to shift toward more supportive and intentional ways of relating.

Sex, intimacy, and sexual concerns can hold a significant place in relationships. I approach these conversations collaboratively, helping you explore your histories, access the right supports, and move through topics that can feel heavy or difficult with greater ease and understanding.

Payment & Insurance

At A.M Lewis L.L.C., we are an out-of-network provider which means we do not work with insurance directly. However, if you have out-of-network benefits, we are happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement.

We also take all major credit cards through our HIPAA compliant app I V Y.
We also take FSA’s and HSA’s for payment.

Systemic Therapy Means Supporting Those Who Come Next

Supervision and Approved Supervisor mentorship are powerful ways to strengthen the field of systemic therapy. By supporting clinicians in deepening their understanding of systemic theory, and guiding supervisors in shaping their unique philosophy of supervision, this work creates a ripple effect that extends into the future of the field.

I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families to overcome the challenges that lead them to seek therapy. I am also passionate about working with parents that might need some extra support in navigating the good and the challenging that comes with parenthood.

My work with clients has focused on addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, adjustment to life transitions, and identity issues. I work from a systemic perspective and recognize that many of these challenges occur within the context of relationships and I work with my clients to identify both individual and relational solutions. In my therapeutic work, I strive to highlight my client’s strengths and utilize them to facilitate change.

Currently, I am pursuing my AAMFT Approved Supervisor designation and am under mentorship. I have openings for new supervisees that are working toward state licensure.

I offer therapy services and supervision sessions in Spanish.

Luisa Silva, LMFT, PMH-C

Nicole is a Sex and Relationship Therapist who centers her work on helping clients feel deeply seen, understood, and respected. She collaborates with clients to cultivate a safe, nonjudgmental space where autonomy is honored and healing can unfold at each person’s own pace. Her work is grounded in supporting clients as they explore the impact of trauma and build safer, more connected relationships, with themselves, and with others.

Trauma can disrupt our connection to our bodies and erode our sense of self. When working with Nicole, clients can expect a compassionate, patient environment that supports healing, self-expression, and reconnection. She thoughtfully integrates somatic practices, such as mindfulness and body-based interventions, when they align with her clients’ needs and goals.

As a biracial Black woman, Nicole is attuned to the ways cultural forces, systemic inequities, and generational wounds shape lived experience. She brings a social justice lens to therapy, exploring the intersectional factors that influence her clients’ sense of safety, identity, and capacity for fulfilling relationships.

Nicole is currently pursuing her AAMFT Approved Supervisor designation under mentorship and has availability for new supervisees who are working toward state licensure.
